What is Snacktivity?
'Snacktivity' is doing small, but frequent, bouts of regular moderate-intensity physical activity (which we are calling 'activity snacks') throughout the day.
"An activity 'snack' should last between 2-5 minutes. Examples include: walk-talk conversations, walking coffee breaks and using the stairs instead of the lift."

We have developed the SnackApp, which will link in with your Snacktivity Watch. The SnackApp will track your progress, give you feedback on your activity snacks, and give you useful tips on how you can incorporate Snacktivity into your day. The SnackApp is also a great place to meet like-minded people to discuss your experiences with Snacktivity.
